We stand behind our product and will make every effort to resolve any problem. Please report any shipping discrepancies within 5 days of receiving merchandise. If the return or exchange was due to an error on our part we will pay the shipping charge. Returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging. They must be made within 30 days. Please E-mail us if you need to return an item and you will be given a return authorization number.
