In oven Meat Termometer has USDA temperature chart printed directly
on the face of the unit. Extra large face is easy to read through the oven
door. Meat temperature range from 140 degrees to 190 degrees F. Prong
measures 4." Insert thermometer stem at least 2" into the thickest part of
the meat away from boneor gristle. Place roast in oven with thermometer
dial facing door. Take the guess work out of cooking meat.
Remove from oven when pointer reaches pre-set indicator. Wash
by hand, do not innerse dial.
