Eliminate any guess work in your cooking! If your
recipes are to turn out as you expect, you must
use exact proportions. Use the glass
measuring cup for your liquids, as milk, water or
oil. Sit the cup on a level surface and check to
make sure the liquid is even with the fill line. Use
the
graduated sets of cups for dry
ingredients as flour and sugar. Fill the cup. Slide
the back of a knife over the top to level
it.
Add more of the dry ingredient if needed.
